Product Care & Sizing Guide

Getting the right fit and taking proper care of your Enthra products ensures maximum effectiveness, comfort, and longevity. This guide covers everything you need to know.

How to Find Your Perfect Size

Proper sizing is critical for compression and support products. An ill-fitting product won't provide the benefits you need — and may even be uncomfortable.

General measuring tips:

  • Measure yourself at the end of the day when muscles and joints are at their largest (due to natural swelling)
  • Use a flexible measuring tape (cloth or plastic, not metal)
  • Measure bare skin or over very thin clothing
  • Keep the tape snug but not tight — you should be able to fit one finger underneath
  • If you're between sizes, size up for comfort or down for firmer support

Posture Corrector Sizing

Our posture correctors are designed to fit a wide range of body types:

  • Measure your chest circumference at the widest point (typically around the nipple line)
  • Refer to the product-specific size chart on each product page — sizing varies between models
  • The corrector should feel snug but not restrictive. You should be able to breathe deeply and move your arms freely
  • If it digs into your armpits, it's too small. If it slides around, it's too large

Compression Sock Sizing

Compression socks require accurate measurements for effective graduated pressure:

  • Ankle circumference: Measure at the narrowest point, just above the ankle bone
  • Calf circumference: Measure at the widest point of your calf muscle
  • Match both measurements to the size chart on the product page. If your ankle and calf measurements fall into different sizes, prioritize the calf measurement
  • Calf length: Measure from the floor to the bend behind your knee. This ensures the sock reaches the right height

Knee, Wrist & Maternity Support Sizing

  • Knee supports: Measure your thigh circumference 4 inches above the kneecap and your calf circumference 4 inches below. Match to the size chart
  • Wrist supports: Measure your wrist circumference at the narrowest point. Choose based on the measurement, not your body size
  • Maternity bands: Measure your belly circumference at its widest point. Our adjustable bands are designed to accommodate growth throughout pregnancy

Product Care Instructions

Proper care extends the life and effectiveness of your Enthra products:

  • Hand wash in cool water (30°C/86°F or below) with mild detergent
  • Do not bleach, iron, or dry clean — these damage the elastic fibers and copper infusion
  • Air dry flat — do not tumble dry, do not hang (gravity stretches the fabric)
  • Avoid fabric softeners — they coat the fibers and reduce compression effectiveness
  • Wash after every 2-3 uses to maintain hygiene and fabric performance

When to Replace Your Support Products

  • Compression socks: Every 3-6 months of regular wear. If they feel easier to put on than when new, the elastic has degraded
  • Back braces: Every 6-12 months. Replace when Velcro loses grip or the elastic shows visible wear
  • Wrist/knee supports: Every 6 months with daily use. Replace when compression feels noticeably reduced
  • Signs it's time to replace: Visible wear, tears, loss of elasticity, loose straps, or any product that no longer feels supportive
