How to Return

1. Email us: Send a message to enthraus@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
2. Get instructions: We'll reply within 24 hours with return shipping details
3. Ship it back: Pack the product in any secure packaging and send it back
4. Get your refund: Once we receive the return, your refund is processed within 3-5 business days

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Products should be in clean, reasonable condition (we understand you need to try it on!)
• Original packaging is appreciated but not required
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer

Exchanges

Need a different size? Email us and we'll arrange an exchange. We'll ship the new size as soon as we receive the original item.
